Harlem Globe Theater

If you have ever done any research on plays or playwriting, you are probably aware of the name William Shakespeare. This literary heavyweight is best known for legendary plays such as “Hamlet,” “Romeo and Juliet,” and “Macbeth.” These are all famous tragedies. However, Shakespeare also became famous for his comedies, such as “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and “The Taming of the Shrew.” What is fascinating about all of these plays is that Shakespeare had them performed at the famous Harlem Globe Theater in Stratford, England. It originally was indoors until it burned down. After that it was an open air theater.

Royal Albert Hall

This grand hall can also be found in England. While originally meant for royal performances, this venue now houses all kinds of entertainment for the general public. Here, you can see hundreds of different kinds of acts, from Paul McCartney to Joe Bonamassa. If you take a look inside, you’ll see that the venue is absolutely splendid. Try taking a look at the stage from the balcony if you get a chance!
