Helen trained at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts where she played various roles such as Mrs Nickleby in Nicholas Nickleby and Autolycus in The Winter’s Tale and in her final year played the title role of Amalia Balash in She Loves Me.

Theatre credits include several tours with Cragrats, Louisa in The Sound Of Music (West Yorkshire Playhouse), Starting Here, Starting Now, (Edinburgh Fringe Festival), Leading Lady in A Night At The Music Hall (Tour), Maria Richards in Expiry Date (Frimley Hall, Surrey).

Helen began playing instruments and singing from a very young age and so is delighted to be able to combine her acting and musical skills in Over the Rainbow.
